Zucchini Pizza For Weight LOss

Zucchini Pizza Boats are the perfect fix for your weekend pizza party with yourself at home now that there is lockdown almost everywhere. Stay home, stay safe. .

Ingredients: 1. zucchini - 2 2. Pizza sauce (check the ingredients carefully or make your own) 3. Olive oil - 2 tbsp 4. Salt and pepper 5. Shredded mozzarella cheese



6. Toppings of choice (chicken or mushrooms, red bell pepper, black olives, red onions, green chillis, dried basil)


Recipe : . 1. Line a baking tray with parchment and Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Cut zucchini into halves and place face up on a baking tray. If they don't stay up then slice a bit on the bottom to make it flat.


3. Use a spoon to scoop out seeds. 4. Drizzle the baking tray and the cut zucchini with olive oil. 5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on zucchini. 6. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and all the toppings.


7. Bake at 400 F for 12-15 mins until zucchinis become tender but still hold the fillings. 8. Sprinkle dried herbs and enjoy!
